Elections & Voting for 2022

Candidate Filing resumed on February 24^th and runs through March 4^th at Noon.
The deadline to register to vote in the Primary Election is April 22^nd and party changes must be made by that date (important for the Primary).
The deadline to request absentee ballots is May 10^th.
Primary Election Day (including Municipal Elections) is May 17 and you vote at your precinct.
One Stop (Early) Voting begins April 28^th and runs through May 14^th. You can register and vote the same day during One Stop.
If there is a need for a second Primary for a State Senate Race that will be held on July 5^th. If there is a need for a second Primary for Federal House or Senate Races, that will be held on July 26^th.
General Election will be held on November 8, 2022.
